THE UNOFFICIAL BIO
I am known for many things. Wearing costumes in public, for example. Always having a relevant Harry Potter quote to reference. Never failing to alert everyone when a dog is present. But I am best known for being a writer.
Of all of the things I love too much, storytelling is at the top of the list. My childhood fancy was caught by stories like Star Wars, Star Trek, The Avengers, and Doctor Who. And that is why I left my small town and moved to an even smaller town to study professional writing at Taylor University.
I am now an official, certified writer, which means I spend a lot of time staring at a blank computer screen. But I must have accomplished something during that time, because I have written articles, devotions, book reviews, and more than 200 poems. In 2011, I wrote and translated several children’s books for a preschool in Guatemala. In 2016, I wrote and produced an educational film about the dangers of abusive relationships. And in 2018, I'm still typing away.
